Refund Policy

Digital Products (ebooks, downloads)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we will make it right.

Physical Merchandise

Unused merchandise in its original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. To start a return, email info@coasttocoastballers.com with your order details.

League, Training, and Program Fees

• Full refund if you cancel before the program start date.
• No refunds once the program has started, except at our discretion for documented medical or emergency reasons.

Event Tickets

Event tickets are non-refundable but are transferable — you may give or sell your ticket to someone else.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
